Whole30 Day 5

Last night I slept a lot better than the last two nights.  I didn't have any dreams or wake up a lot, just once.  I'm hoping that is a good sign for my sleep changing back to normal.  I only had a little headache today and it went away after lunch.

Meal #1

Eggs (4) with coconut oil. Sweet potato with cinnamon.
Spinach salad with EVOO/Balsamic. Grapes.

I woke up with a rumbly tummy so I was super glad to eat.  I didn't realize until now that I ate the same thing as I did yesterday morning, but I don't care it was good :)


Meal #2

I was excited today that my friend Lisa and I's schedule worked out that we were able to eat lunch at the office together.  That almost never happens!!! She is trying to eat healthier too so I am sharing both of our lunches :)

Meal #3

Lee's dinner - pork steak, fries, hush puppies.
Jealous much?!?!
Lee and I went out to dinner tonight to 17th Street for dinner.  He was so nice and asked if I wanted him not to order fries and hush puppies to help me out.  I told him I need to be OK being around stuff I am not eating at this time.  It was kind of sad though haha I usually do not order my own fries but he usually shares a few with me, but not tonight! I was proud of myself for not giving into the temptation!

I ordered applesauce but Lee tasted it
and it was sweetened.
So he ate it instead for me.

Exercise

I didn't exercise today.  I plan to get back at it on Monday.  I hope to have more energy by then!

Whole30 Day 5 - Wrap-Up

I had an OK day today.  I was a lot more hungry than the last four days.  I wanted to eat things not Whole30 compliant but was able to stay on Whole30 and not go off! YAY! The next two days will be a challenge because I will be out of town and have to eat on the road.  Fingers crossed I make it OK :)
