Whole30 Day 12

Last night, I slept good.  It seems like every night I sleep deeper than the night before.  I got up early today to make Lee breakfast before he had a test today.  It was an exciting day in our house today because I had my first meat in four years, and had two different kinds - bacon and beef.  Lee is super excited haha It really isn't going to change out I eat out but at least we have more of a variety of things to eat at home now!

Today was the first day I really had cravings.  I really have wanted some chocolate.  I have resisted though but man do I want some!!! It might be the thing I add back on day 31 :)

Exercise

I went to a yoga class at a local studio today after work and had a good practice.  YAY for #yogaeverydamnday

Food

Meal #1
Eggs (3) in coconut oil, 1/2 apple,
spinach salad with EVOO/Balsamic,
and my first bacon in four years yay
Meal #2
This picture is actually from yesterday.  I forgot to take a
picture today but I ate the same thing.  Tuna salad, avocado,
green beans, and carrots.


Meal #3
I also ate my first beef in forever too! We made burgers with
just salt and pepper on the Foreman Grill.  Lee ate his with
bread but I ate mine with avocado.  I had spaghetti squash
and asparagus on the side.  I also had applesauce with cinnamon.
