Whole30 Day 13
I was super excited today was Saturday and I had no plans. But then it definitely made the day harder of trying to stick to three meals and not snack. I kept myself as busy as possible but definitely ate more than I should have today, at least I think so. I am still not counting calories or anything like Whole30 recommends but I did have a couple snacks today. I thought I was hungry, but it could have just been boredom still not completely sure. I didn't have bad snacks though, I had a cutie and a handful of pecans, so hopefully it wasn't too much. As I type this, I want to eat something, but only something sweet, so I know it is a craving and am just drinking some water and allowing it to pass. This is something I would have never really tried to do before, so if this one change comes out of me trying to do the Whole30 program, I think it will have been well worth it!
Exercise
Today was my rest day and I loved it so much!!! I definitely needed it after getting back to working out more this week. I was sore all day from all the yoga I did this week but in that great sore kind of way!
Food
We went to the Winter's Farmer's Market today and got some stuff but had to share pics of the first beef I bought from a local farm and some local eggs :)
